I/We agree to inform the County of Brunswick, Register of Deeds,
promptly of any changes to application information, to use the On-Line Electronic
Document Search for read only information and will in no way
attempt to alter, delete, or impair the records maintained by the County of
Brunswick, Register of Deeds and agree to give written notice of cancellation of
account. This system will be available, subject to repair or maintenance
without notice, twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week.
The office of the Register of Deeds for Brunswick County hereby DISCLAIMS,
and the user hereby WAIVES any warranty, implied or otherwise, as to the
correctness of the information contained herein. All information is provided "AS-IS."
You will be responsible for any user IDs assigned and agree that you may be
required to appear before the Register of Deeds to complete this or any other
task associated with Electronic Access to the system.
